  The most common indoor air quality problem is the one that effects allergy suffers. Or your problem might be causing you or someone else in your home sinus or asthma problems. Unfortunately, causing a lot of people's problems that to many times lead to the use of over the counter medicines that may not be necessary if you would just improve your indoor air quality.

 Dry indoor air quality can cause sinus irritation, but it can also lead to dust making your nose itch or plug up and sneezing. A humidifier might be your best choice, because of the dust that can occur. A humidifier may not be the best remedy for dry indoor air quality because that dust might also be allergens that the humidifier would only mask the problem. For this problem a purifier might be needed. Or both might be required to completely solve this indoor air quality situation.

 Maybe your house is damp. Which again can lead to multiple reasons for poor indoor air quality. Mold, mildew, wet windows and believe it or not dust mites. As with the other indoor air quality situations it might be solved with a dehumidifier or again a dual purpose or whole house device to remedy your indoor air quality problem.

 If your the type that wants those windows open. Maybe it's causing your indoor air quality not to be that fresh and you need to clean it up. By use of a purifier. Pollutants can cause numerous physical problems, as most people should know.

 Cold well that's what you have a furnace for same as for hot that's why AC. If you have those drafty areas in your home garage or maybe out sidewalls that you just can't keep warm there are many options for solving this.
